Bridge of Love has organised and carried out number of relief projects for the poor, sick and needy people in Sri Lanka and India.

  • We have been providing financial support to 10 underprivileged pastors in Batticaloa
    for more than fifteen years. In 2022, we donated more than £750 for this project
    and Rev Karunanithi is our local project coordinator.
  • Mr. Luke Mahendra, Treasurer of Bridge of Love (BOL), is the coordinator and the
    sponsor of Canaan poor pastors and he donated more than £1,500 in 2022.
  • We donated more than £800 for the poor, sick & needy in Eravur, Batticaloa. Rev
    Karunanithi is our local project coordinator.
  • Rev Karunanithi coordinated economic relief projects worth more than £85 in
    Batticaloa.
  • Bro Stephen coordinated economic relief projects worth more than £50 for the poor
    & needy in Trichy, India.
  • We donated more than £240 for the poor, sick & needy in Mullaitivu. Sis Malini is
    our local project coordinator.
  • We donated more than £250 for disabled/ handicapped women in Mullaitivu. Sis
    Malini is our local project coordinator.
  • We donated more than £100 for a disabled/ handicapped woman in Trincomalee.
    Sis Malini is our local project coordinator.
  • We donated more than £70 for a disabled/ handicapped man in Batticaloa. Rev
    Karunanithi is our local project coordinator.
  • We donated more than £370 for a disabled/ handicapped in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
  • In March 2022, we provided financial assistance worth £220 for urgent house renovation work to 3 poor young women living in houses without doors in Cheyyar. Rev Samraj is our local project coordinator.In total, we sent more than £4,425 for these projects
  • In 2021, we donated more than £1,100 for the poor & needy / war victims in Batticaloa. Rev Karunanithi is our local project coordinator.
  • We have been providing financial support to 10 underprivileged pastors in Batticaloa for more than fourteen years. In 2021, we donated more than £1,150 for this project and Rev Karunanithi is our local project coordinator.
  • Mr Luke Mahendra, Treasurer of Bridge of Love (BOL), is the coordinator and the sponsor of Cannan poor pastors and he donated more than £2,150 in 2021.
  • We donated more than £570 for the sick & needy in Mullaitheevu. Rev Suresh Paul and Sis Malini are our local project coordinators.
  • We donated more than £625 on medical expenses for our Trichy education coordinator, Mr Jayakumar.
  • We donated £350 for the children affected by HIV & AIDS in Chennai. Dr John Daniel is our local coordinator.

     In total, we sent more than £6,500 for these projects.

  • In 2020, we donated more than £1,300 for the poor & needy / war victims in Batticaloa. Rev Karunanithi is our local project coordinator.
  • In 2020, we donated more than £700 for the poor & needy in Jaffna district. Br Jesuthasan and Br Sutharshan are the sponsors of this project.
  • We have been providing financial support to 10 underprivileged pastors in Batticaloa for more than thirteen years. In 2020, we donated more than £1,100 for this project and Rev Karunanithi is our local project coordinator.
  • Mr Luke Mahendra, Treasurer of Bridge of Love (BOL), is the coordinator and the sponsor of Cannan poor pastors and he donated more than £2,500 in 2020.
  • We donated more than £100 for the handicapped people in Puthukkudiyirrupu area. Rev Suresh Paul is our local project coordinator.
  • We donated more than £650 on medical expenses for our Trichy education coordinator, Mr Jayakumar.
  • Br Sutharshan Gopalan donated more than £375 for the children affected by HIV & AIDS in Chennai. Dr John Daniel is our local coordinator.

    In total, we sent more than £7,300 for these projects.

  • In 2019, Bridge of Love donated more than £1,450 for the poor & needy / war victims in Batticaloa. Rev Karunanithi is the BOL local coordinator of this project. We also donated more than £1,000 for the poor & needy / war victims in Vanni.
  • Bridge of Love has been providing a small monthly financial support to 10 underprivileged pastors in Batticaloa for more than twelve years. Rev Karunanithi is our project coordinator. In 2019, we donated more than £1,150 for this project.
  • Mr Luke Mahendra, Treasurer of Bridge of Love (BOL), is the coordinator and the sponsor of Cannan poor pastors and he donated more than £2,650 in 2019.
  • We donated more than £400 for the handicapped persons in Puthukkudiyirrupu/ Mullaitheevu area. Rev Suresh Paul is our local coordinator for this project.
  • In 2019, Dr John Daniel donated £200, raised by his friends in London, to the orphans and vulnerable children affected by HIV & AIDS in Chennai.

In total, we sent more than £6,750 in 2019 for these projects.
